Hi there! My name is Xavier and this is my blog. I write about spiritual, psychological and philosophical topics.

I come up with the topics by studying and reading a lot, from coffee talks with fellow therapists and from therapeutic sessions with clients. Last but not least: my daily life is a constant source of interesting topics to dive into!

Spirituality — the spiritual topics I write about are from all kinds of traditions, cultures and religions. I mix a lot and keep an open mind. To me, in essence, there is only one source and the differences are mainly created by us humans. Of course, my articles express my own views and opinions. In choosing my topics, I observe my mind, feelings and intuition. I also very much listen to the questions people around me are asking.

Psychology — I am not a psychologist myself, however I have been studying psychological topics a lot in and out of my education as a therapist. I am fascinated by the workings of our mind and how it correlates with our behavior and spirituality. To me it’s never ‘either-or’, it’s always ‘and-therefore’. Why do we do the things we do? From the coaching I give and the coaching I receive, I have learned so many valuable things that I very much wish to share with all my visitors.

Philosophy — it’s almost impossible to dive into spirituality and not starting to have our minds and hearts wonder… are we leading the lives we were supposed to? What all is possible beneath the stars? Do miracles exist, and if so: what are they? How did our ancestors live thousands of years ago, were they indeed primitive cavemen or were they highly intelligent beings capable of building pyramids and such? Both speculative and subjective, but fascinating nonetheless: I also want to take you on a journey through our history, and our future.

Guest authors — I have some very exciting people in my network who have a lot of wisdom to share. I intend to give them a stage, too, and occasionally have them write an article as a guest author. In particular I want to invite them to write about topics I myself am less knowledgeable in.
